Honors 4-year-old Dylan Roberts, who was killed on October 27, 2021, when struck by a car on East University Avenue in Gainesville while returning from Fred Cone Park.

Celebrates the advocacy of Dylan's mother, Megan Durant, who campaigned for pedestrian safety improvements on busy neighborhood roadways following her son's death.

Recognizes the collaborative efforts of the Gainesville City Commission and Florida Department of Transportation to install a pedestrian-activated signal and crosswalk on East University Avenue between Northeast 26th Terrace and Southeast 26th Terrace.

Specifies that the pedestrian safety signal and crosswalk will be named in memory of Dylan Roberts and is expected to be completed by the end of July.
