Removes the scheduled repeal date of October 2, 2023 for the public records exemption protecting addresses of victims of mass violence incidents.

Maintains the exemption from public records requirements for addresses of victims in incidents where four or more people (excluding the perpetrator) are severely injured or killed by an intentional and indiscriminate act of violence.

Defines "victim" as a person killed or injured during a mass violence incident, excluding the perpetrator.

Eliminates the requirement that this exemption be reviewed under the Open Government Sunset Review Act, making it permanent rather than subject to automatic repeal.

Takes effect October 1, 2023.
