Removes the scheduled repeal date (October 2, 2023) of the public meetings exemption for the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Public Safety Commission when discussing exempt or confidential information under s. 943.687, F.S.

Removes the scheduled repeal date (October 2, 2023) of the public records exemption for information identifying safe-school officers held by law enforcement agencies, school districts, or charter schools under s. 1006.12, F.S.

Makes both exemptions permanent by eliminating their subjection to the Open Government Sunset Review Act.

Takes effect October 1, 2023.
