Removes the scheduled October 2, 2023 repeal date for the public records exemption covering security and firesafety system plans held by state agencies and political subdivisions, making the exemption permanent.

Expands the definition of "security or firesafety system plan" to explicitly include threat assessments, threat response plans, emergency evacuation plans, sheltering arrangements, and security or firesafety personnel manuals.

Repeals section 281.301, Florida Statutes, relating to security and firesafety systems.

Removes the scheduled October 2, 2023 repeal date for the public meeting exemption that protects discussions of security or firesafety system plans made confidential under section 119.071(3)(a).

Conforms section 1006.1493 to reference only section 119.071(3)(a) for confidentiality of school security risk assessment data, removing the reference to repealed section 281.301.
