Removes the scheduled repeal date of October 2, 2023 for the cybersecurity data exemption in section 627.352, F.S., making the exemption permanent.

Eliminates a separate exemption subsection for records identifying detection, investigation, and response practices for information technology security incidents, consolidating cybersecurity protections into a single exemption framework.

Revises the exemption to cover "any portion" of risk assessments, evaluations, audits, and other reports relating to Citizens Property Insurance Corporation's information technology security program if disclosure would facilitate unauthorized access or data destruction.

Requires confidential records and meeting transcripts to remain available to the Auditor General, Cybercrime Office of the Department of Law Enforcement, and Office of Insurance Regulation.

Takes effect October 1, 2023, with the exemption applying retroactively to records held by Citizens Property Insurance Corporation on or after March 21, 2018.
