Amends section 16.56, Florida Statutes to expand the Office of Statewide Prosecution's jurisdiction to include crimes involving voting in federal or state elections, voting on referendums or initiatives, petition activities for candidates or ballot measures, and voter registration

Specifies that crimes facilitated by or connected to the Internet use occur in every judicial circuit within the state, allowing statewide prosecution of such offenses

Removes previous language restricting voter registration crimes from the Office of Statewide Prosecution's authority and replaces it with comprehensive election-related crime jurisdiction

Requires informations or indictments charging election-related crimes to contain general allegations stating the judicial circuits and counties where crimes occurred or affected

Takes effect upon becoming law
