Defines "inspected unauthorized alien" as an individual with documentation from the U.S. Government showing they were processed and released into the United States without formal admission under the federal Immigration and Nationality Act.

Creates the Unauthorized Alien Transport Program within the Division of Emergency Management to facilitate transportation of inspected unauthorized aliens within the United States, consistent with federal law.

Authorizes the Division of Emergency Management to contract for services and adopt rules to implement the program, with an exemption from standard contracting requirements under Florida Statutes § 287.057.

Appropriates $10 million from the General Revenue Fund for the 2022-2023 fiscal year to the Division of Emergency Management for the program.

Repeals Section 185 of chapter 2022-156, Laws of Florida, deems previous payments approved, reverts any unexpended Department of Transportation funds, and sets program expiration date of June 30, 2025.
