Codifies, reenacts, and amends the charter for the Sunshine Water Control District in Broward County, while repealing chapters 63-609 and 2021-255 and a 1963 chancery decree.

Preserves the district's authority to generate revenue and pay outstanding indebtedness, validating all existing debts, bonds, contracts, and taxes levied by the Board of Supervisors.

Establishes district boundaries encompassing approximately 5,533.5 acres in the City of Coral Springs, Broward County, and grants power to construct and maintain roadways, roads, and other improvements within the district.

Restructures the Board of Supervisors from three members to five members as of November 5, 2024, with board members elected by qualified electors of the district in nonpartisan elections held in conjunction with general elections.

Prevents district dissolution as of June 1, 2023, allowing the Sunshine Water Control District to continue in full force and effect.
