Authorizes the Office of Statewide Prosecution to investigate and prosecute crimes involving voting in federal or state elections, voting on referendums or initiatives, petition activities for candidates or ballot measures, and voter registration when occurring in two or more judicial circuits.

Specifies that crimes involving voter registration, voting, or petition activities must be charged in informations or indictments containing general allegations of the judicial circuits and counties where crimes occurred or affected.

Establishes that any crime facilitated by or connected to the use of the Internet is deemed to occur in every judicial circuit within the state, allowing statewide prosecution authority.

Removes prior language limiting statewide prosecution of voter-related crimes and replaces it with expanded authority over election-related offenses affecting multiple judicial circuits.

Effective upon becoming law.
