Define "inspected unauthorized alien" as an individual with documentation showing the U.S. Government processed and released them into the United States without formal admission under the Immigration and Nationality Act.

Create the Unauthorized Alien Transport Program within the Division of Emergency Management to facilitate transportation of inspected unauthorized aliens within the United States, consistent with federal law.

Authorize the Division of Emergency Management to contract for services implementing the program and adopt rules without compliance with standard procurement requirements.

Appropriate $10 million from the General Revenue Fund to the Division of Emergency Management for the 2022-2023 fiscal year to fund the Unauthorized Alien Transport Program.

Expire the program on June 30, 2025, and repeal prior related provisions from chapter 2022-156, Laws of Florida, with all previous payments deemed approved.
