Creates section 1.015 of the Florida Statutes to adopt the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) working definition of antisemitism as state law, effective July 1, 2024.

Defines antisemitism as a perception of Jewish individuals that may be expressed as hatred toward them, with manifestations directed at Jewish and non-Jewish individuals, their property, and Jewish community institutions.

Provides 11 contemporary examples of antisemitism including incitement to harm Jewish people, stereotyping Jewish individuals or their collective power, denying the Holocaust, accusing Jewish citizens of disloyalty, and applying double standards to Israel.

Establishes legislative intent to use this definition for monitoring and reporting anti-Semitic hate crimes and discrimination and to help residents identify and combat such incidents in Florida.
