Tolls the 24-hour notice period required before executing a writ of possession when premises are located in a county under a hurricane watch or hurricane warning, pausing the period until 5 days after the warning ends.

Clarifies that Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays do not pause the 24-hour notice period, except when a hurricane watch or warning is in effect.
