Expands Florida's Nonprofit Security Grant Program to include schools and museums alongside houses of worship and community centers at high risk for violent attacks or hate crimes

Appropriates $10 million to the Division of Emergency Management for the Nonprofit Security Grant Program, with grants to be awarded by March 1, 2024

Appropriates $5 million to the Department of Education for security hardening grants (infrastructure, cameras, fencing, door hardening) specifically for full-time Jewish day schools and Jewish preschools

Appropriates $20 million to the Department of Education for non-hardening security measures (hiring security personnel, training on threat awareness and emergency procedures) for Jewish day schools and preschools

Requires the Division of Emergency Management to adopt emergency rules by December 31, 2023, and to prioritize applicants that are houses of worship or facilities frequented daily by children or students
