Locations selling hunting, fishing, or trapping licenses must display organ donation educational materials, and online applicants for these recreational licenses must be provided a link to the statewide donor registry

Health insurance policies are prohibited from limiting or excluding coverage solely because an insured is a living organ donor

The donor registry contractor must coordinate with the Department of Health to ensure continuing education topics on organ donation are available to medical professionals, and the state's anatomical gift program is expanded to include the recreational license and permit issuance and renewal process
