Board of Naturopathic Medicine is required to establish fees based on its estimates of the revenue needed to administer Chapter 462, with fees not to exceed the amounts specified in the chapter

Nonrefundable application fee for licensure by examination and licensure by endorsement of naturopathic physicians is capped at $2,000, as set by the board

Biennial license renewal fee for naturopathic physicians may not exceed $1,000, as determined by the board

Board is authorized to set by rule fees related to inactive license status, including fees for placing a license into inactive status, biennial renewal of inactive licenses, delinquency, and reactivation, none of which may exceed the biennial renewal fee

Act takes effect contingent on HB 843 (the naturopathic medicine licensure bill) being adopted in the same 2024 legislative session and becoming law
