Establishes the My Safe Florida Condominium Pilot Program within the Department of Financial Services, effective July 1, 2024, to provide hurricane mitigation inspections and grants to eligible condominium associations located within 15 miles of a coastline, subject to annual legislative appropriations.

Requires associations to obtain a majority vote of the board of administration or total voting interests to participate; grants improving individual units require a unanimous vote of all unit owners within the affected building.

Provides matching grants on a $1 association to $2 state basis for hurricane mitigation improvements including opening protection (max $750 per window/door, $1,500 per unit), roof-related projects ($11 per square foot, max $1,000 per unit), and a maximum total grant of $175,000 per association, capped at 50% of project cost.

Requires the Department of Financial Services to contract with wind certification entities using licensed inspectors (building inspectors, contractors, engineers, architects, or trained home inspectors) who have undergone drug testing, background screening, and fingerprinting for hurricane mitigation inspections.

Mandates the department submit an annual report to the Legislature by February 1 detailing inspections requested and performed, grants approved, and estimated insurance premium discounts received by associations and unit owners.
