Amends chapter 2023-337, Laws of Florida, to revise the legal boundary descriptions of the Three Rivers Stewardship District, an independent special district in Sarasota County

Corrects and updates specific surveying measurements, bearings, and distances in the Tract 1 boundary description, including minor adjustments to curve radii, central angles, and chord bearings

Adds a new Tract 2 comprising approximately 959.4 acres in Sections 30 and 31, Township 37 South, Range 38 East, bounded in part by the west right-of-way line of Ibis Street and the east right-of-way line of Interstate 75

Increases the total district area from approximately 2,737.1 acres to approximately 3,686.495 acres through the boundary revisions and addition of Tract 2

Takes effect upon becoming law
