Transfers the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes from the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) to the Department of Legal Affairs (Attorney General's office) via a type two transfer, effective July 1, 2025, including all powers, duties, personnel, records, contracts, rules, and unexpended funds.

Requires DBPR and the Department of Legal Affairs to enter into a memorandum of agreement regarding the transfer before January 1, 2025, addressing all aspects of the transition.

Directs the Department of Legal Affairs, upon receiving the division, to adopt rules and procedures for resolving disputes related to condominiums, timeshares, and mobile homes, incorporating all possible means of alternative dispute resolution.

Transfers appointment authority for the Florida Mobile Home Relocation Corporation board of directors from the Secretary of Business and Professional Regulation to the Attorney General, and moves the Florida Mobile Home Relocation Trust Fund to the Department of Legal Affairs.

Amends over 30 sections of Florida Statutes to conform references from "Department of Business and Professional Regulation" to "Department of Legal Affairs," updates cross-references, and removes the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes Trust Fund from DBPR's regulation trust funds listing.
