Serves as a reviser's bill making technical, non-substantive corrections throughout the Florida Statutes, including grammatical fixes, typographical corrections, punctuation reformatting, and removal of redundant or extraneous words across dozens of sections

Deletes numerous obsolete provisions with expired deadlines, including: tank registration by July 1, 1992 (s. 376.323); landscape irrigation standards review by January 1, 2011 (s. 373.228); Florida Flood Hub initial 2022 report date (s. 380.0933); massage therapist background screening by January 31, 2015 (s. 480.041); insurance agency licenses containing "Medicare" or "Medicaid" expiring July 1, 2023 (s. 626.602); and multiple Department of Education early learning deadlines (s. 1002.82)

Updates over 30 cross-references throughout the statutes to conform to redesignations and reorderings made by prior session laws, including references affected by the reordering of education definitions in s. 1000.21, home health aide definitions (s. 400.462), environmental definitions (s. 403.031), spaceport territory definitions (s. 331.303), and instructional materials provisions (s. 1006.40)

Reorders systemwide education definitions in s. 1000.21 into alphabetical order, moving "sex" to subsection (7), "state academic standards" to subsection (8), and "state university" to subsection (9), with conforming cross-reference updates in approximately 20 related statutes covering scholarships, tuition, trespass, and private spaces

Reenacts provisions inadvertently omitted by prior legislation, including: Greater Miami Expressway Agency restrictions on former authority members (s. 348.0304(3)(c)); Commission on Mental Health and Substance Abuse paragraphs on appointments, meetings, and per diem (s. 394.9086(3)); the prescription drug monitoring program's "electronic health recordkeeping system" definition (s. 893.055(1)(f)); and school funding allocation adjustments (s. 1011.62(15))

Removes obsolete transitional language from several programs, including the Birth-Related Neurological Injury Compensation Plan initial report dates (s. 766.315), child welfare accountability implementation deadlines of July 1, 2021 and 2022 (s. 409.996), the Unique Abilities Partner Program's January 1, 2017 implementation report (s. 413.801), and hurricane damage Special Facility Construction Account provisions from 2018-2019 (s. 1013.64)

Corrects numerous grammatical and typographical errors in the Interstate Teacher Mobility Compact (s. 1012.993), including "entitle" to "entitled," "vicechair" to "vice chair," "actions take" to "actions taken," "even" to "event," "effected" to "affected," and an incorrect internal cross-reference from "Article VII(X)(a)" to "Article VII(3)(t)"

Conforms school safety terminology from "threat assessment teams" to "threat management teams" (s. 1006.07) and updates emergency communications terminology from "state E911 plan" to "statewide emergency communications plan" (s. 365.172), reflecting changes made in prior legislative sessions

Removes reference to the repealed McKay Scholarships for Students with Disabilities Program (s. 1002.20) and the dissolved Tampa Bay Area Regional Transit Authority (s. 215.681), and deletes the obsolete "technical council" definition (s. 585.01) following repeal of its authorizing statute

Takes effect on the 60th day after adjournment sine die of the legislative session
