Establishes the Hope Card Program, developed by clerks of the circuit court in consultation with the Office of the Attorney General, to issue Hope Cards to persons granted final injunctions for protection under Florida law, effective October 1, 2024

Clerks must create and provide a Hope Card within 3 business days of a request, at no fee to the petitioner, available at the time of the final judgment or any time before the protection order expires

Hope Cards may be digital or wallet-sized and must include the respondent's name and date of birth, the petitioner's information, court and case details, the statewide domestic violence hotline number, and the card's issuance and expiration dates

Hope Cards are valid for 2 years after the final order's issuance date or the injunction's expiration date, whichever is earlier, and may be renewed if the injunction remains in effect

Fraudulently presenting a Hope Card while knowingly not protected by a current injunction is a second-degree misdemeanor, and $176,000 in nonrecurring General Revenue funds is appropriated for the 2024-2025 fiscal year to implement the program
