Declares that sole-source contracts for ticket sales at live performance venues receiving public funds violate Florida public policy and harm the public good

Defines "live performance venue" as any stadium, convention center, exhibition hall, arena, coliseum, or auditorium that has accepted federal, state, or local taxpayer funds for capital improvements or operations within the previous 10 years

Prohibits live performance venues from entering into sole-source contracts or covenants not to compete with any ticket-selling platform for the sale or distribution of event tickets and licenses

Bars venues from requiring performance artists to sell or distribute tickets through a specific exclusive ticket platform, and requires venues to allow artists to use the ticket platform of their choice under the same terms offered to other platforms within the past 2 years

Prohibits live performance venues from selling or transferring tickets or licenses at prices exceeding the stated face value, with an effective date of July 1, 2024
