Defines "biometric data" in Florida funeral law as data generated from measurements of biological characteristics, including fingerprints, voiceprints, eye retinas or irises, and other unique biological patterns used to identify a specific individual

Establishes disciplinary grounds for selling the biometric data of a deceased human body if a legally authorized person has opted out of such a sale

Requires funeral establishments to provide legally authorized persons with written disclosure of policies regarding collection of a deceased human body's biometric data, including what data is collected, the purpose, and whether the establishment sells or intends to sell the data to third parties

Requires funeral establishments that sell biometric data of a deceased human body to provide a legally authorized person the option to opt out of the sale, with failure to do so constituting grounds for disciplinary action
