Makes the name, mailing address, e-mail address, and phone number of property sellers submitted to a property appraiser under the title fraud prevention pilot program confidential and exempt from Florida's public records requirements

Subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and automatically repealed on October 2, 2029, unless the Legislature reviews and reenacts the exemption

Justified by the Legislature's finding that public disclosure of participant information could discourage enrollment in the voluntary fraud prevention program and undermine its deterrent value

Addresses the concern that publicly identifying program participants could make non-participants identifiable targets for fraudulent real property conveyances

Takes effect contingent on the passage and enactment of SB 526 (or similar legislation) establishing the title fraud prevention pilot program during the same 2024 legislative session
