Creates section 320.0603, Florida Statutes, establishing reciprocity for vehicle-for-hire licenses and permits across Florida counties and municipalities, allowing operators licensed in their home jurisdiction to work in other jurisdictions without additional licensing, permitting, or fees

Requires two conditions for reciprocity: the operator must hold a valid, active license or permit in their county or municipality of domicile, and must not have had a vehicle-for-hire license or permit suspended or revoked within the preceding 5 years

Explicitly excludes transportation services to and from airports, including those operated by airport authorities, aviation authorities, counties, municipalities, or special districts operating public-use airports

Does not apply to operators providing non-emergency medical transportation, including transport of persons on stretchers or wheelchairs or those whose disability, illness, injury, or incapacitation makes regular common carrier transport impractical

Effective date of July 1, 2024
