Replaces the term "racing dates" with "its current meet dates" throughout Florida's pari-mutuel licensing statute (s. 550.01215) regarding commission-approved schedule changes after license issuance

Expands the ability of pari-mutuel permitholders to lease their facilities by removing the requirement that the lessee hold the "same class" of permit, allowing leasing to any holder of a valid pari-mutuel permit within a 35-mile radius

Lessees of pari-mutuel facilities would be entitled to a permit and license to conduct intertrack wagering and operate race meets or jai alai games at the leased premises

Reenacts related statutes (ss. 550.054(14)(b) and 550.615(8)) concerning permit conversions, facility relocation, and intertrack wagering to incorporate the amended facility leasing provisions
