Amends Florida's Criminal Punishment Code (s. 921.0024, F.S.) to require that sentencing scoresheets include detailed information about the restoration of voting rights for persons convicted of felonies

Requires the scoresheet to reproduce key provisions of the Florida Constitution (Article VI, s. 4) explaining that voting rights are automatically restored upon completion of all terms of sentence for most felonies, but not for murder or felony sexual offenses

Requires the scoresheet to include the full text of s. 98.0751, F.S., detailing what constitutes "completion of all terms of sentence," including release from imprisonment, termination of probation/parole, and full payment of restitution, fines, and fees

Mandates that every defendant receive a copy of the scoresheet containing the voting rights notice before a sentence is imposed, ensuring defendants are informed of how their sentence affects voter eligibility
