Creates the "Nonprofit Agricultural Organization Health Coverage Act of 2024" (Section 624.4032, Florida Statutes), authorizing qualifying nonprofit agricultural organizations to offer health coverage options to their members

Defines eligible organizations as Florida-domiciled 501(c)(3) nonprofits created primarily to promote rural community development and the economic stability and sustainability of farmers in the state

Requires qualifying organizations to have been in existence before 1945, collect annual dues, serve members beyond only offering health coverage, and have members collectively residing in a majority of Florida's counties

Explicitly exempts health coverage provided by these organizations from being classified as insurance under the Florida Insurance Code, removing it from standard insurance regulatory requirements

Effective date of July 1, 2024
