Appropriates $115.9 billion in total funds for Florida state government operations for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024, and ending June 30, 2025, including $47.7 billion from General Revenue and $68.3 billion from trust funds, supporting 114,164 authorized positions

Allocates approximately $31.2 billion for education (Sections 1 and 2), including $14.3 billion in General Revenue for the Florida Education Finance Program (FEFP) with a base student allocation of $5,314.91, $616.9 million for Bright Futures Scholarships, and $2.8 billion for class size reduction

Dedicates approximately $46.0 billion to human services (Section 3), with the largest share going to Medicaid services at the Agency for Health Care Administration, along with funding for the Department of Children and Families, Department of Health, and other social service agencies

Provides approximately $22.9 billion for natural resources, environment, and transportation (Section 5), including $15.5 billion in trust funds for the Department of Transportation's work program, $264 million for Everglades restoration, and $100 million for the Resilient Florida flooding and sea level rise plan

Funds criminal justice and corrections at approximately $6.7 billion (Section 4), including $3.8 billion for the Department of Corrections, and provides a 3% or $1,000 (whichever is greater) pay increase for eligible state employees effective July 1, 2024
