Establishes the Office of Faith and Community within the Executive Office of the Governor to connect with, communicate with, and provide resources to faith-based, community-based, and nonprofit organizations serving vulnerable populations such as foster children, veterans, single parents, and persons in poverty

Creates the position of liaison for faith and community, appointed by and serving at the pleasure of the Governor, to serve as a senior advisor on faith-based and community-based issues to the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and executive leadership

Requires the office to establish and operate the Florida Faith and Community Phone, a dedicated phone line for faith-based and community-based leaders to connect directly with the Executive Office of the Governor

Directs the office to work with executive agency heads to identify bureaucratic or regulatory burdens that unnecessarily restrict faith-based and community-based organizations from serving vulnerable populations, and to use technology to connect organizations with identified community needs

Assigns the Office of Faith and Community to provide administrative support to the existing Florida Faith-Based and Community-Based Advisory Council, effective July 1, 2025
