Creates s. 817.362, F.S., the "TICKET Act," requiring operators, ticket resellers, and online ticket marketplaces to display the total cost of entertainment tickets—including all taxes, fees, and surcharges—in an easily readable manner throughout the listing and purchasing process, with itemized components not displayed more prominently than the total price.

Prohibits ticket resellers and online marketplaces from selling duplicate copies of the same ticket, offering tickets before they are publicly available without venue permission and possession, or employing others to wait in line to buy tickets for resale where the venue prohibits it.

Bans circumventing online ticket purchasing security measures, access control systems, or identity validation, and prohibits disguising a purchaser's identity to exceed ticket purchase limits; tickets obtained through such violations may not be sold.

Requires ticket resellers and online marketplaces to provide proof of purchase within 24 hours, disclose their refund policy, and clearly identify themselves as resellers where prices may differ from the original price; disclosure requirements apply only to entities with annual aggregate transactions of $5,000 or more.

Authorizes the Secretary of Commerce to enforce the act, request technology and security information from online marketplaces regarding alleged violations, and share such information—including trade secrets—with the Attorney General while maintaining confidentiality; effective date is July 1, 2025.
