Changes all references to the "Gulf of Mexico" to the "Gulf of America" throughout Florida Statutes, effective July 1, 2025

Amends over 50 sections of Florida law, including county boundary descriptions, coastal construction regulations, beach erosion control provisions, water management district boundaries, environmental protection statutes, fisheries laws, and oil drilling permit requirements

Affects statutes governing county boundaries for approximately 22 Gulf-adjacent counties, including Bay, Charlotte, Citrus, Collier, Dixie, Escambia, Franklin, Gulf, Hernando, Hillsborough, Jefferson, Lee, Levy, Manatee, Okaloosa, Pasco, Pinellas, Santa Rosa, Sarasota, Taylor, Wakulla, and Walton Counties

Updates the name designation in the Gulf States Marine Fisheries Compact, which is an interstate agreement among Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas for fisheries conservation

Makes no substantive policy changes beyond the renaming; all existing regulations, boundaries, jurisdictions, and requirements remain identical in scope and effect
