Makes the Chief of Domestic Security's report on adversarial threats to state assets, critical infrastructure, and military installations confidential and exempt from public record requirements under s. 119.07(1) and the State Constitution

Makes notifications sent to owners and operators of critical infrastructure and other assets identified as potential targets of adversarial nations in a Pacific conflict confidential and exempt from public record requirements

Exempts from public meeting requirements any portion of a Council on Pacific Conflict meeting during which the adversarial threats report, target notifications, or other confidential information is discussed

Subjects all exemptions to the Open Government Sunset Review Act, with automatic repeal on October 2, 2030, unless reenacted by the Legislature

Takes effect contingent on the passage of HB 925 (Pacific Conflict Stress Test) or similar legislation in the same legislative session
