Creates s. 430.505, F.S., requiring the Department of Elderly Affairs to contract with a statewide nonprofit organization for the development and implementation of the Alzheimer's Disease Awareness Initiative, providing support and nationally validated research information to those affected by Alzheimer's disease and related dementias.

Requires the initiative to include a website and electronic resources covering early detection, risk reduction, brain health, screening, healthy aging, research progress, clinical trial availability, and community resources.

Mandates the use of print, outdoor, and digital advertising, social media, public events, and a statewide mobile in-person outreach program prioritizing underserved communities, along with incorporation of the Department of Health's Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias Resource Guide.

Requires the contracted nonprofit to have a demonstrated history of focusing on Alzheimer's disease care, support, and research, and to collaborate with relevant state agencies and private organizations in implementing the initiative.

Directs the Alzheimer's Disease Advisory Committee to annually evaluate and recommend future funding needs for the initiative to the Department of Elderly Affairs and the Legislature as part of its annual report; effective July 1, 2025.
