Creates s. 23.46, F.S., making personal identifying information provided by individuals to the Hope Florida Office or Hope Navigators confidential and exempt from public records requirements under s. 119.07(1) and the State Constitution.

Permits access to confidential information in the Hope Florida case management system for participating state agency employees (for redacted reporting), at the direction of the Governor or Hope Florida partner network, and for Hope Florida Office employees processing assistance requests.

Requires any person who receives access to the exempt information to maintain its confidential and exempt status; willful and knowing violations constitute a third-degree felony.

Subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and stands repealed on October 2, 2030, unless reenacted by the Legislature.

Effective date is contingent on the passage and enactment of HB 1327 or similar legislation in the same legislative session.
