Extends the 2025 Regular Session of the Florida Legislature until 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, under Section 3(d), Article III of the State Constitution.

Originally scheduled to expire May 2, 2025, the session was previously extended to June 6, 2025 by House Concurrent Resolution 1631.

Limits consideration during the extension to 15 specified measures: Senate Bills 2500, 2502, 2504, 2506, 2508, 2510, 2514, and 7022; Committee Substitute for Senate Bill 7030; House Bills 5013, 5015, 5203, and 7031; House Bill 5017 or Senate Bill 1906; and House Joint Resolution 5019 or Senate Joint Resolution 1908.

All other measures in both houses were indefinitely postponed and withdrawn from consideration as of 12:00 a.m. Saturday, May 3, 2025.

Legislature shall adjourn sine die at the earlier of June 18, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. or upon concurrent motions to adjourn sine die.
