Designates August 9, 2025, as "Bob Graham Day" in the State of Florida, recognizing the anniversary of the Save Our Everglades program announcement on August 9, 1983

Honors Daniel Robert "Bob" Graham, born November 9, 1936, who served in the Florida House, Florida Senate, as Florida's 38th Governor (elected 1978), and as a U.S. Senator beginning in 1987

Recognizes Graham's environmental legacy, including the 1979 Conservation and Recreation Act, the 1981 Save Our Rivers program ($320 million over 10 years, acquiring 1.7 million acres), the Save Our Coast program (purchasing 73 miles of coastline), co-founding Save the Manatee with Jimmy Buffett, and enacting the 1984 Warren Henderson Wetlands Protection Act

Acknowledges Graham's 38 consecutive years in public office and nearly 20 years of continued advocacy in environmental preservation, public education, national security, and civil rights, including chairing the U.S. Senate Intelligence Committee and co-chairing the Joint Inquiry into 9/11
