Requires private schools participating in Florida's Family Empowerment Scholarship Program to provide parents with written information about academic programs, policies, code of conduct, attendance policies, and specialized services/therapies before a student's initial enrollment

Allows private schools to update their list of specialized services and therapies once per school year, or when a school district updates its list of equitable services offered, whichever comes first

Mandates that within 30 days after a school district provides a student with a private school services plan, parents of students with an IEP, education plan, English Language Learner plan, or 504 plan must be informed which modifications, accommodations, and therapies in the student's plan the school will honor

Replaces the previous requirement that private schools only "discuss" programs and services with eligible parents before enrollment, shifting to a formal written disclosure obligation

Takes effect July 1, 2025, and authorizes the Commissioner of Education to determine a private school ineligible for the scholarship program if it fails to meet these requirements
