Directs the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to develop a Miami Northwestern Alumni Association specialty license plate featuring department-approved colors and design, with "Florida" at the top and "Miami Northwestern Alumni Association" at the bottom

Annual use fees from plate sales must be distributed to the Miami Northwestern Alumni Association, Inc.

Up to 10 percent of collected fees may be used by the Association for administrative costs and marketing of the plate

Remaining fees must fund need-based scholarships, academic programs, athletic programs for Miami Northwestern Senior High School students, and the Miami Northwestern Senior High School Performing and Visual Arts Center

Effective date is October 1, 2025
