Establishes the Office of Faith and Community within the Executive Office of the Governor to connect faith-based, community-based, and nonprofit organizations with state resources and serve vulnerable populations, effective July 1, 2025

Creates a liaison for faith and community position, appointed by and serving at the pleasure of the Governor, to act as a senior advisor on faith-based and community-based issues to the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and executive leadership

Requires the office to establish the Florida Faith and Community Phone, a dedicated phone line for faith-based and community-based leaders to connect directly with the Executive Office of the Governor

Directs the office to work with state agency heads to identify bureaucratic or regulatory burdens that unnecessarily restrict faith-based and community-based organizations from serving vulnerable populations, including foster children, veterans, persons in poverty, and vulnerable adults

Assigns the new office administrative support responsibilities for the existing Florida Faith-Based and Community-Based Advisory Council
