Creates the Florida State University Election Law Center within the FSU College of Law, effective July 1, 2025, to conduct nonpartisan, evidence-based research on election law topics including voting rights, election administration, campaign finance, redistricting, and election integrity

Authorizes the center to hire faculty and staff, develop courses, hold events, publish research, provide training and continuing education for judges, attorneys, supervisors of elections, and Department of State personnel

Permits the center to provide formal or informal assistance to the Florida Legislature and federal, state, or county governmental entities on election law matters, including research, testimony, reports, and legal briefs

Allows the Department of State, Supervisors of Elections, State Library, and State Archives to share electronic copies of information and data with the center, subject to applicable confidentiality and security requirements

Funds the center through the General Appropriations Act, charitable donations, grants, and other university funds, with a tenured law faculty member appointed as faculty director and an executive director hired to manage day-to-day operations, all subject to academic freedom protections
