Exempts personal identifying information of occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants from Florida's public records requirements, except for the person's name, licensure status, and licensure number, when obtained from the Occupational Therapy Licensure Compact's coordinated database and held by the Department of Health or Board of Occupational Therapy

Permits disclosure of exempt personal information only if the state that originally reported it to the compact database authorizes disclosure by law, and only to the extent that state's law allows

Exempts certain meetings or portions of meetings of the Occupational Therapy Compact Commission, its executive board, and committees from Florida's public meetings requirements when discussing topics such as litigation, personnel matters, member state noncompliance, contract negotiations, trade secrets, law enforcement records, or investigative reports

Makes recordings, minutes, and records generated during those exempt meetings or exempt portions of meetings also exempt from public records requirements

Subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and automatically repeals on October 2, 2030, unless reenacted by the Legislature; takes effect contingent on the passage of SB 1010 or similar legislation adopting the Occupational Therapy Licensure Compact in the same legislative session
