Expands the scope of work for Class A air-conditioning contractors to include installation and repair of package pool heaters, connection of pool heaters to existing pool piping, installation/repair/replacement of pool and spa equipment, interior finishes, perimeter and filter piping, and construction of equipment rooms for pool/spa equipment

Raises the notice of commencement exemption threshold for contracts to repair or replace existing heating or air-conditioning systems, maintaining the current $15,000 limit but requiring annual adjustments tied to the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U)

Reenacts multiple existing statutes (ss. 489.107, 489.113, 489.117, 489.141, and 553.998) solely to incorporate the amended definition of "Class A air-conditioning contractor" into cross-references throughout Florida's Construction Industry Licensing laws
