Creates section 104.315, Florida Statutes, prohibiting specific political activities on public K-12 school grounds, including posting campaign signs, distributing campaign literature, campaigning for candidates, collecting campaign donations, and voter registration events involving a candidate or political party

Candidates may be invited to speak on school grounds in their capacity as candidates only if all other candidates for the same office receive similar invitations and a disclaimer is read stating the school does not endorse any candidate

Allows certain activities on school grounds, including candidate forums where all qualified candidates are invited, nonpartisan voter registration and education events, student newspaper editorials with disclaimers, and facility use on equal terms applied to all outside groups

Prohibits faculty and staff at public K-12 schools and public institutions of higher education from using email, offices, or time during working hours for political advocacy

Violations constitute a second-degree misdemeanor, with each violation treated as a separate offense; the act takes effect July 1, 2025
