Requires the Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability (OPPAGA) to evaluate school district compliance with student mental health assistance program requirements, in consultation with the Department of Children and Families, the Department of Education, and the Louis de la Parte Florida Mental Health Institute

OPPAGA must submit an initial evaluation by December 31, 2025, covering school district expenditure plans, program outcome reports, treatment outcomes, system capacity, data collection practices, and integration with coordinated behavioral health care systems

OPPAGA must submit a final review and evaluation by December 1, 2026, including recommendations to enhance treatment outcomes, system capacity, and performance of school-based mental health programs and their integration into coordinated behavioral health care

School district threat management coordinators, mental health coordinators, and the Department of Education must coordinate with OPPAGA and provide requested data, including aggregate referrals to mental health services originating from behavioral threat assessments and identified performance, treatment outcome, and system capacity metrics

The Department of Children and Families and the Louis de la Parte Florida Mental Health Institute must also coordinate with OPPAGA by sharing data on outcomes and performance of integrated behavioral health systems of care
