Officially titled "Cody's Law: Florida No Vaccine-Injured Patient Left Behind," creating section 409.9043 of Florida Statutes

Requires the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) to expedite the review and payment process for claims under Medicare, Medicaid, and Medicaid medically needy programs when a physician diagnoses a severe, debilitating, life-threatening, or lifelong injury caused by a vaccine, immunizing agent, or emergency countermeasure drug recommended by the FDA or the Florida Department of Health

Mandates AHCA publish on its website lists of medical conditions eligible for expedited claims, potential adverse reactions from manufacturer product inserts deemed critical or disabling, any newly arising related conditions, and any future vaccines or treatments deemed appropriate

Requires AHCA to inform website visitors about the expedited claims process so physicians and providers can better serve patients with urgent medical needs resulting from vaccine or drug injuries

Directs AHCA to seek federal approval if necessary to implement the law and to adopt administrative rules, with an effective date of July 1, 2025
