Requires individual health insurance policies, group/blanket/franchise health insurance policies, and health maintenance contracts issued, amended, delivered, or renewed on or after January 1, 2026, to cover colorectal cancer screening tests, procedures, and examinations

Prohibits insurers and health maintenance organizations from imposing any cost sharing—including copayments, coinsurance, dollar limits, and deductibles—on covered colorectal cancer screenings, whether performed by in-network or out-of-network providers

Covered screenings must be FDA-approved and meet CMS National Coverage Determination 210.3 requirements, or follow the most recent American Cancer Society guidelines for ages, family histories, and frequencies, and be deemed appropriate by the attending physician

Amends the Cover Florida Health Care Access Program to replace the prior "noninvasive colorectal" screening language with references to the new colorectal cancer screening coverage requirements

Exempts nonrenewable health insurance policies and individual health maintenance contracts written for periods of less than 6 months; the act takes effect July 1, 2025
