Establishes the Office of Secure Florida within the Department of Commerce to administer and enforce E-Verify and employment authorization compliance under Florida Statutes sections 448.09 and 448.095.

Assigns the Office of Secure Florida responsibility for overseeing the purchase and registration of real property in Florida by foreign principals under sections 692.203 and 692.204.

Appropriates $1,725,423 in recurring General Revenue Fund dollars for fiscal year 2024-2025, including $1.1 million for salaries and benefits, $465,423 for expenses, and $150,000 for contracted services.

Authorizes 10 full-time equivalent positions with a combined salary rate of $800,000 to implement the office's duties.

Takes effect upon becoming law and includes severability provisions.
