Creates public records exemption for social workers' personal identifying information obtained from the Social Work Licensure Interstate Compact data system, excluding name, licensure status, and licensure number, held by the Department of Health or the Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling

Exempts meetings or portions of meetings of the Social Work Licensure Compact Commission, its executive committee, or other committees from public meetings requirements when matters exempted from disclosure by federal or state law are discussed

Exempts recordings, minutes, and records generated during the closed meetings from public records requirements

Exemptions are subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and will automatically repeal on October 2, 2031, unless reenacted by the Legislature

Effective date is contingent upon HB 13 or similar legislation adopting the Social Work Licensure Interstate Compact being passed in the same legislative session
