Creates a public records exemption for home addresses, telephone numbers, personal email addresses, and dates of birth of current or former state agency employees held by their employing agency

Extends the exemption to cover names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, dates of birth, and places of employment of spouses and children of agency employees, as well as names and locations of schools and day care facilities attended by employees' children

Applies retroactively to information held by employing agencies before, on, or after the effective date of the exemption

Subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and will automatically repeal on October 2, 2031, unless reenacted by the Legislature

Amends cross-references in related statutes governing electronic access to official records, court records, parent locator services, and guardianship public records
