Creates Section 1.016, Florida Statutes, requiring all official state government materials to use "Judea and Samaria" instead of "West Bank" when referring to territory captured by Israel from Jordan in the 1967 Six-Day War

Prohibits state agencies from using public funds to create materials that use the term "West Bank" to describe this region

Requires instructional materials and library media center collections adopted or acquired by district school boards or charter schools on or after July 1, 2026, to use "Judea and Samaria" terminology

Defines "Judea" as the land south of Jerusalem and "Samaria" as the land north of Jerusalem

Takes effect July 1, 2026
